Deleting your data

Two different people show up in AIRoster, and they delete their data in different ways. Find whichever describes you.

You have a AIRoster account

You signed up for AIRoster, or someone at your company invited you. You can delete your own data from inside the product — you do not need to ask us.

  1. Sign in at app.airoster.app.
  2. Open Settings, then Account and data.
  3. Choose Export my data first if you want a copy — it downloads a JSON file containing your profile, your leads, call history, notes, message history and billing records.
  4. Choose Request account deletion and confirm.

What happens next

  • Your request is recorded immediately and we action it within 30 days.
  • Deleting the account removes the workspace and everything inside it: leads, call recordings and transcripts, messages, notes, activity history and team members.
  • If you connected WhatsApp, disconnecting removes AIRoster's access to your WhatsApp Business account. Your Meta business portfolio, your WhatsApp Business Account and your phone number stay yours — we do not delete anything Meta holds on your behalf.
  • We keep invoices and payment records where UK tax law requires it. Those cannot be deleted on request, and they contain billing details rather than call or lead content.

A business contacted you using AIRoster

You did not sign up for anything. A business that already held your phone number uses AIRoster to call or message its customers, and you have reached this page because one of them contacted you.

The business that contacted you is the data controller — they decided to hold your details and they decide whether to erase them. AIRoster processes that data on their behalf.

The fastest route is to ask that business directly to delete your details. They can remove you in AIRoster immediately, and they are obliged to respond to an erasure request under UK GDPR.

You can also ask us. Tell us the phone number that was contacted and, if you know it, the name of the business that called. We will identify the record, pass the request to that business, and remove the data we hold for them.

Stopping contact immediately

  • Telling an AI caller not to call again marks you do-not-call and stops all further automated calls and messages to your number.
  • Replying STOP to an SMS or WhatsApp message does the same.
  • Opting out stops contact. It is not the same as erasure — ask for deletion if you want the record removed as well.

Asking us directly

Use the contact form and choose Privacy as the enquiry type. Include the phone number or email address involved so we can find the right record. We answer erasure requests within 30 days, as UK GDPR requires.
